Welcome Jackrabbit Picture Manager. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share, and protect information when you use our mobile application (the “App”) which scans QR codes and takes screenshots and stores those screenshots to blob storage. By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use the App.
2. What Data We Collect
We collect the following types of data:

3. How We Use Your Data
We use the collected data for the following purposes:
· To allow the core functionality: scanning QR codes, capturing and storing screenshots, retrieving them later.
· To manage and maintain our blob storage (uploading, retrieving, deletion).
· To perform analytics and statistics to improve the App.
· To debug, detect and fix errors, issues, or abuse.
· To enforce compliance with this Privacy Policy.
4. Storage & Security
Screenshots and related data are stored in blob storage at Microsoft Azure Blob Storage.
We secure data at rest and in transit. We use encryption TLS for transfers and access controls to limit who can access the stored blobs.
We prevent anonymous public access to the blob storage we disable anonymous read access to protect user data.
We follow best practices for securing blob storage shared access signatures, firewalling, access keys, role-based access.
We retain data only as long as needed. We will periodically purge or archive older screenshots in accordance with our data retention policy.
5. Sharing & Disclosure
We will not sell your screenshots or QR data to third parties. However, we may share data under the following conditions:
· With service providers / subcontractors performing operations for us cloud providers, storage services. They must comply with this Privacy Policy and security obligations.
· When required by law, regulation, or legal process court order.
· To protect rights, safety, or compliance if we suspect misuse or security incident.
6. User Rights & Controls
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights regarding your data:
· Access: you can request a copy of the screenshots or data we store about you.
· Correction: you can request corrections of inaccurate data.
· Deletion / Erasure: you can request that your data (screenshots, logs) be deleted (subject to legal or technical constraints).
· Restriction or objection: in some region, you may limit further processing.
· Portability: you may request an export of your data in a usable form.

7. Children
Our App is not directed toward children under the age of 13 (or local legal minimum). We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided data, please contact us so we can delete it.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy occasionally to reflect new features or legal requirements. We will post the “Last updated” date at the top and notify users within the app or via other communication. Your continued use after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
